Following our previous message communicating the decision that our VetQuip business will be ceasing bench and field service and repair operations after Thursday 24th October 2024, we would like to provide you with some further updates.
As previously communicated, while we will no longer be offering in-house or in-field equipment servicing and repairs, we remain committed to providing you with high-quality veterinary equipment products and exceptional customer service. We value our partnership with you and are pleased to announce that going forward, U-Tech Medical Pty Ltd will provide ongoing support for your service and repair requirements effective from Thursday 24th October 2024.
We have worked closely with U-Tech Medical to provide a robust support plan to ensure a smooth transition of services. The U-Tech Medical business is extremely well credentialled with over 30 years of experience in service and repair in the human and veterinary medical equipment space. They have ISO 9001:2015 quality management, iPRO Smartek and JAS-ANZ certification and are viewed as a highly professional and proficient service and repair provider.
In supporting the transition as effectively as possible we plan on providing high level contact information and service history of our I&E customers to U-Tech Medical to ensure continuity and pro-activity in this area. If you do not want your contact details shared as part of the transition, please let us know immediately and we will withhold on your request.
